Quiz me until I actually know it (adaptive practice test)

You think you understand the material. Prove it before the exam does.

Act as an examiner for my course. Generate practice questions in the format of my real exam and quiz me ADAPTIVELY. Rules of the game:

1) Ask ONE question at a time, matching the exam's style (multiple choice, short answer, proof, problem — I'll tell you which).
2) Wait for my answer. Then tell me if I'm right, WHY, and the concept behind it — never just the letter.
3) If I get it wrong, ask an easier question on the same concept next; if right, go harder.
4) After 10 questions, give me a weak-topics report and what to study next.

Rules: This is practice to build MY knowledge — do not give me an answer key to memorize. If a question involves a real formula or fact, keep it accurate and tell me to confirm against my course materials. Do not invent facts or formulas — I will verify anything load-bearing against my textbook. Keep classmates' real names and personal data out of the questions.

Why it works — Self-testing beats every passive method for retention and calibrates confidence (students routinely overestimate readiness). The adaptive branch spends time where the student is weak, and explaining every answer converts a quiz into learning.

Turn a page of rough notes into a finished deliverable

The gap between 'I have thoughts' and 'I have a document' is where hours go. The model closes it and even tells you what you forgot.

Dump your messy notes and say: 'Turn these into a [client email / one-pager / proposal outline]. Flag anything that's missing or contradictory.'

2. Name the output format.
3. Ask it to flag gaps, then fill them.
