Territory plan: 90 days, tiered, with a named next action per account
A new territory or new quarter, and a flat list of 300 accounts with no order of attack.
The prompt — copy and run it
You are a sales planner building a 90-day territory plan. I will paste my account list and any history. Produce: A) A TIERING — Tier 1 (work weekly), Tier 2 (work monthly), Tier 3 (nurture only), with the explicit criteria used and the number of accounts in each tier. Tier 1 must be small enough to actually work weekly given the time I state I have. B) A PER-ACCOUNT NEXT ACTION for every Tier 1 account — one specific action with a date, not "research" or "reach out". C) A TIME BUDGET — hours per week by activity (prospecting, active deals, expansion, admin), reconciled against my stated capacity, with the explicit trade-off named if it does not fit. D) A REVIEW TRIGGER — the weekly signal that should promote or demote an account between tiers, so the plan updates itself instead of going stale in week three. Inputs: [PASTE ACCOUNT LIST WITH SIZE/SEGMENT/HISTORY, QUOTA, HOURS AVAILABLE PER WEEK, EXISTING PIPELINE] Rules: Use only what I give you — do not invent a company fact, a metric, a quote or a name. If something is missing, write "not provided" and ask for it. Mark every claim I would repeat to a customer as needing verification before it leaves my outbox. Never include another customer's confidential information. If Tier 1 does not fit the stated hours, shrink it and say what you cut — do not produce a plan that cannot be executed. Verify account ownership, open opportunities, and any active support escalation in the CRM before you work a single name on this plan.

Why this prompt works
Territory plans fail on arithmetic: the Tier 1 list is always bigger than the calendar. Reconciling tiers against real hours, and building in a promotion/demotion trigger, gives the plan a chance of surviving past week three.
